J26/2125/2017, having unique registration code RO 38586480, we guarantee and declare on our own responsibility that the product/products listed on the attached invoice, to which this declaration refers, do not endanger life, health, work safety, do not produce impact negative effects on the environment and ensure their use in accordance with the purpose for which they were made.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

PT. SPARE PARTS SPECIFIED IN THE ATTACHED INVOICE

This guarantee certificate is the expression of the provisions of law 449/2003 and O.G. no. 21/1992 republished, both with subsequent changes, as well as other relevant regulations.

In this document, "spare part - abbreviated PS" means individual parts, subassemblies, assemblies, requested as replacements for those mounted on the motorcycle, with the exception of fully assembled engines and batteries, which have specific certificates.

1. Warranty period

1.1 The warranty period for sold PS, with the exception of those listed in point 2.2, is 24 months from the date of sale

1.2 The warranty period starts from the date written on the invoice

2. Object of the guarantee

2.1 Any PS that has a material or manufacturing defect during the warranty period (see point 1) will be replaced - without any payment from the buyer.

2.2 No guarantee is given for the following PS categories (consumables): filter (oil, air, fuel); light bulbs; fuses; spark plugs; ignition elements; gaskets; bushings; sealing rings; brake shoes and pads; bellows; transmission belts; lubricants; maintenance products.

3. Resolution of complaints, deadlines

3.1 In case of finding the lack of conformity or some hidden defects of the PS within the warranty period stipulated in point 1 of this certificate, the buyer will be able to return the respective PS to the address indicated by the seller.

3.2 The written complaint - which will contain the identification and contact data of the buyer - will be accompanied by the following documents:

      a) copy of the tax invoice and the present guarantee certificate

      b) copy of the registration certificate or identity card of the vehicle on which PS was used

      c) proof of installation in an authorized R.A.R. service. (service invoice)

      d) proof of the finding and description of the defect by the R.A.R. authorized service in the case of scooter and ATV parts, authorized motorcycle service in the case of motorcycle parts. (quote with a detailed description of the finding)

3.3 The claimed PS accompanied by the documents listed above, will be submitted by the buyer in max. 2 working days from the discovery of the defect

3.4 If the complaint was justified, the seller undertakes to replace the PS within 15 calendar days calculated from the date of its receipt

4. The seller is exonerated from liability regarding the guarantee or it can be canceled upon finding the following:

4.1 Expiration of the warranty period - specified in point 1

4.2 Lack of the documents specified in point 3.2

4.3 PS has failed due to incorrect assembly/assembly together with worn, defective or modified related parts

4.4 PS has worn out due to overloading / incorrect or insufficient maintenance of the assembly on which it was mounted

4.5 PS suffered damage caused by external factors (atmospheric, thermal, electrical, mechanical shocks), has for example traces of hits, scratches, bends, ruptures, deformations, burns

4.6 The product was not correctly identified due to the presentation by the comparator of some erroneous data

4.7 The product on which the purchased PS was mounted was used for purposes other than those provided by the manufacturer or was operated in improper conditions

4.8 The piece shows normal wear
